The reason real doctors aren't doing this is the difference in insurance regimes. The Chiropractors soliciting patients are expecting to get paid by the auto insurance company for a set number of "adjustments" whose price has little relation to the cost of business. The doctors are being paid by the medical insurance companies, who are already in a relationship with the doctor and may be getting some sort of discount already. Also, you probably already have a doctor, and unless you go the emergency room after your accident, you may go see him and perhaps get referred to a specialist he knows. The Chiropractors here are getting you fresh off the pavement, and have no existing relationship with you.

Some insightful comments there. I love the idea of the reverse auction for the lawyers, and the discussion over why doctors aren't doing this.
