Fixed mine. Their web site is still screwed up on Firefox, I assume because they're not smart enough to send the proper MIME types, but reads okay on Chrome.

There has always been poor correlation between back imaging results and back pain experienced, even in studies where economic benefits were corrected for. I sometimes have serious back pain, have had two surgeries. What makes that interesting, is that one of the best things I can do for my back is to hand split five or six cords of wood with a maul every year.
