At this point the SF Pride parade has become an incredibly corporatized event, beholden strongly to its commercial sponsors. Which is part of why The Dyke March has sprung up...

I'd also add that given the enthusiasm of the current administration for extrajudicial executions of U.S. citizens, continuing the bad economic policies of the preceding administration, and enforcing prohibition over the desires of individual states, the whole notion of "other side" seems kinda quaint.

Bradley Manning's hidden sexuallity, was the social engineering route taken by Assange. Read some of the transcripts and you'll see the true villain. I actually feel bad for Manning, not because of the secrets he exposed, but for how he was used by Assange.
