That's what it sounds like, and a British asset rather than a US asset. Trying to figure out what it actually was that got the DoJ's panties in a wad is making my head hurt. It sounds like the fact that the AP scooped them on announcing the operation might be all this is about.... or maybe the report embarrassed them in the eye's of the British who were probably the one's actually running the operation.
