I've thought about trying to do this, both for the better laminar flow around the helmet straps giving me better aural awareness when I'm riding, and because there are times when I'm on the bike that I'd like podcasts or music: http://www.slipstreamz.com/ are little wind shields and speakers that clip on your helmet straps to enhance hearing.
