Ouch. Shadow forwarded along a cycling safety video that was abruptly stunning...

Not sure I totally agree with its statistics, but the end point is the same whether the cyclist fucked up or the driver did.

The statistics they gave was that in most accidents between bicycles and motorists the motorist is at fault but my stating that in near half the cases the cyclist is at fault it sounds like the cyclist is usually at fault. In the video you have one motorists forcing the cyclist into oncoming traffic. While the car that hit the cyclist wasn't at fault the driver that forced him into the oncoming lane was.
