Abstinence programs that work?

Just to show that I'm not always horribly biased and one-sided: Mark has pulled together a few reports that Uganda's abstinence based sex education is working.

Actually, Mark, I've found Dan to be as unbiased as one can be when it comes right down to discussing specifics.

I'm not surprised that Dan is not biased. I'm surprised he pointed to the page. And surprised that he found it so quickly.
