A child's log building kit mostly made from old fence boards. Kind of like Lincoln Logs, but on a scale that kids can build real forts out of. Here are some shots of completed structures from further down the thread.

Ah, memories. Someone handed down a box about 2x2x6 feet of 3/8" plywood cut into just these sort of shapes to my brother and I. Fabulous stuff.
I can't remember who we gave it to when we outgrew it, but it makes me wonder how many children enjoyed that lumber.
My brother's boy is almost old enough, and I have a bunch of scrap 1/2" plywood... time to restart the cycle.
