Justice Roberts being silly

Justice Roberts says that people who don't agree with laws should ignore them rather than asking the courts to clarify. Well, okay, specifically he says it about the Obama administration and the DOMA, but: Really? We had Scalia to destroy our faith in the Supreme Court, Mr. Roberts, you didn't have to pile on there.

Ah, that makes more sense.

Roberts seems to be upset about the administration ignoring a district court ruling that agreed with their stance. If the district court says DOMA is unconstitutional and the Administrative branch, which is the party with standing to appeal, agrees with them that should have clarified the issue, DOMA should not have been enforced after the District court ruled against it.
