Swaziland's government is going to ban miniskirts to curb the spread of aids??? I know things are pretty desperate over there but couldn't the government do something more pragmatic? like say... outlawing the color PINK

"Pretty drastic" is an understatement. With a population of only 1,000,000 you have 250,000 infected. This country is looking at extinction if the spread isn't curtailed. I can understand the "grasping at straws".

I have to admit that when I glanced at this item I thought it said that SWITZERLAND was banning miniskirts! Obviously a cry for 'Alp on their part, although Martina would have to move in with Mary Pierce if it ever went through.
