That's funny!

BTW, I have an older model of the Blendtec blender. It is simply amazing. It can make flour out of rice (or an iPhone).

We've been doing some raw recently, and the Oster we've got is great, but I've been wondering if a really good blender would do what a food processor would do as well as doing what a blender would do, for instance, grinding spinach leaves and flax seed together.

Well, if you were looking for a Blendtek blender anyway, the eBay auction is currently priced at $455, only $55 above list for the blender alone. With free shipping, IT'S ALMOST A STEAL!

iSmoothie mmmmmm. That was really fun to watch and I say that as a person that is currently lusting after those gizmos. i don't think my current blender would fair so well, so I guess I am lusting after the Blendtek as well.

Diane, yeah, when I first looked it was at $200, and that really would have been a steal. It's kinda weird, given that I got a good deal on my road bike there, but I've got an instant "anything on eBay is going to be overpriced by the time the auction closes" mentality.

TC, the only thing that's kept me from buying one so far is that I want to see in person just how quiet they are.
