Man deported for consensual sex:
A legal immigrant in Northern California who was 20 when he began a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old girl faces deportation to Mexico under a ruling Thursday that was described as unjust by a majority of the federal appeals court panel that issued it.

Here in liberal Georgia, there's a boy who was, I believe, 17 when he had consensual (oral)sex with his 15 year old girl friend. 10 years. It strikes thinking people as truly bizarre. The boy is of African descent. I suspect, from the severity of the persecution that the girl might be Caucasian.

Yeah, that's the case of Genarlow Wilson. Among other wackiness, I linked to <href="http://edition.cnn.com/2007/US/07/13/teen.sex/index.html">on how a Georgia DA is distributing copies of a tape showing underage sex that's held in evidence of that case, and how a federal prosecutor considers that distribution of child pornography.
