That's funny. I've come to refer to pedal system shoes as "Boulder Tap Shoes" because on weekends everyone is tap-dancing in the coffee shops. And all the TVs in the coffee shops are tuned to Le Tour during the grand race.

Boulder has two dog specialty shops with full espresso bars but no bike shop with espresso. Not sure why the combination hasn't hit here!

Yeah, the combination hasn't hit here, either. Down in Marin[Wiki], San Anselmo Coffee Roasters[Wiki] is known for being particularly bike friendly, but up here in Petaluma[Wiki], the Apple Box, the place where the Petaluma Wheelmen officially gather is falling out of favor for Peets because the Apple Box folks haven't quite figured out how to go the little extra for cyclists.
