I thought these speeches, and especially Obama's, were witty and wonderful.

Yeah, I was actually very impressed by McCain's delivery. Given his behavior and demeanor during the campaign and the debates I've been having trouble seeing why he was a successful politician; he's just been so distasteful. In this little speech, though, I think he was showing what got him to where he is. Had he done more of that, I think he'd have been a more successful candidate.
