hotdogsladies had a brilliant idea in response to the controversy over Rick Warren at the Obama inauguration: "Although I haven't listened to Yes in years, I'm looking forward to hearing Rick Wakeman's convocation. Bet he wears a cape."

I'm starting to appreciate Obama for his sheer entertainment value. Bush just got groans, with Obama you get groans, laughs, chuckles, smiles and the occaisional drink/beverage through the nose.
That he seems to be politically correct clueless, is either because he is, or it is genius designed to keep up worried about who gives a prayer, or whether or not he was listening to a Zune.. while whatever evil real plot is going on.
That he is trying to make changes, cross bridges and be "everyones" President, just makes him a media target, and the media makes money by making nearly everyone look like a fool.

"Sad preacher nailed upon the coloured door of time;
Insane teacher be there reminded of the rhyme.
There'll be no mutant enemy we shall certify;
Political ends, as sad remains, will die."
You know I think it's almost appropriate.
