Juggling for brains - While it doesn't say if it actually makes you any smarter, it does say that learning to juggle increases gray and white matter, and that it "sticks". I can almost juggle (simple 3 ball), perhaps I should work on that, and riding a unicycle.

It may be the case that "once it clicks you don't forget it", but it sure can get rusty. Whenever I pick up the balls or the clubs now I have to focus on the plane of the juggle, which makes it tough to keep the juggling going and do anything else. Passing is much harder than it used to be, though if I sat down and juggled for a few hours it'd probably come back.
Oh: And I think it's a really good thing to learn a simple 3 ball juggle. Lots of getting your body used to physics in that.
