Is there anything this magical cut of pork can't do? I'm especially fond of the Peanut-Butter Maple Bacon Fudge recipe.

Marini's chocolate covered bacon is super: I say go for it, Dan! (And send some down this way, if you make too much.)

Sarada wants to make truffles for holiday gifts, and Charlene wants to do candied popcorn for some other holiday gifts, so there'll be an evening of melted sugar and chocolate sometime in my future. Two sticks of bacon later and I think we've got a third confection easily on the menu.

I've already brought it up to Marilyn who shot it down like a Luftwaffe Messerschmitt pilot, however I plan on bringing it up to the boys as a weekend project to spark a little interest. Both of them are picky eaters, but due to the fact that they both have testosterone in their bodies, the idea of bacon should be enough to persuade them.

I think I'm gonna have to make some chocolate bacon peanut bark shortly.
