Just got back from the Dominican Republic. The autonomous car would work in a polite society with lots of rules. I'm wondering how it works in a place where driving has a very different rule-set, and is often referred to as: Lucha el Toro, or "The Bull Fight".
Sunday included a 3 hour drive in a utility truck with Juan Carlos, zipping along back roads and small towns, with Italian opera blaring and him singing... a very lovely day.
