Sigh. Apparently the writer is ignorant of firearms, in spite of owning one of the first-ever bolt- action machine-gun I've heard of.

Yeah, I noticed that, but he claimed his friend's AK was fully automatic. Still not exactly a machine gun, though. However, anyone who'd keep an unsecured weapon on his wall for decoration counts as slightly clueless.

Given the level of cluelessness, I suspect the AK was a semi-automatic, and Davidson forgot the "semi-" part.
