LOVE Allie's work -- she NAILS what depression feels like. "I don't necessarily want to kill myself...I just want to become dead somehow."
SO glad I've been permanently depression-free for almost a year and a half!!!
One of the things I learned was why people sometimes hurt themselves, whether it's cutting or whatever - it's a desire to feel something, anything.
Thanks for bringing Allie's work up. She's amazing.
