So: a web page on which we can randomly exchange telephone numbers to call to help fuzz out the NSA snooping?

Or just start randomly calling people and start a random, but friendly conversation. Kinda of like prank calls, but with a mutual purpose.

Of course, with the right luck, you could call someone who is much much higher on the "watch list" than you are, and find yourself much higher on that list because of it.

I have found myself in several meaningless conversations with people I got by dialing a wrong number or who have dialed me by mistake running two to three minutes. I could see myself getting into the habit of dialing a couple of wrong numbers a day just for the smoke screen. However, as boring of a life as I try to live I think the only way I'd get on a watch list would be through those wrong numbers. :)
