I re-fi'd last month. Not a huge decrease... 5% to 3.35%. But we changed to 15 year so the house will be paid off 11 years sooner (had 4 years in on the old mortgage) and the payment only went up $200/month.

Ours is a similar interest rate change, which actually adds up to a hell of a lot of overall savings.
