Okay, per that complaint by Dave Winer, all new entries into the archives will have an time stamp anchor. If you want to link to a specific entry, you can now link into the archives. Last week I made a comment about an incident I saw as a symptom of the lack of rigorous thinking behind XML-RPC. Dave Winer responded to that on his discussion forum, and I responded to Dave.
