We've had some translation funnies. The best one I know of was a Google Translate for a system abbreviation "MAID" (Master ID) that became the Spanish equivalent of: "young subservient girl" with a word choice that in spanish was the more sexual of the possible choices. It got some laughs... and was quickly fixed.
