They are.. On a lark, I bought two cheap "BaoFeng UV-5R 136-174/400-480 MHz Dual-Band DTMF CTCSS DCS FM Ham Two Way Radio with programming cable" for approx $36. Now I need to get Nancy and I licensed :) Which will take more effort and money than the radios. Already looked at: Chirp for programming them. I'll probably crank the power down and use them on FRS frequencies.
My problem is, there isn't much I need/want I don't already have. So all of these deals have been kinda "meh".

Just went and Googled "Cyber Monday Month" with the quotes. 4.9M hits. Sigh.
(To be fair, some of them are legit juxtapositions of "Cyber Monday" and "Month", but...)
