The 'Nets (FidoNet and Internet and.. ) used to be the place you could talk about anything. Especially those deeply personal conversations where you explored ideas, religion, sexuality, self, business, politics... without fear. You were among friends whom were also seeking out others for those same conversations. Even when we didn't agree, we felt like we could talk about things.
