How To Extract Sheet Music From YouTube Videos, using a service called Chordify, which, yes, attempts to extract chords from audio files.

I think I got this by way of Tara of Research Buzz.

Not familiar with Chordify yet, but extracting chords from audio is hard. Capo is the software I use, and it still requires quite a bit of manual help to figure things out correctly.

I know the guy who makes Capo. He's described some of the algorithms to me that he's used, and it's insane.
