If you enjoyed that, you'll love Reproductive Progress at http://www.negia.net/~repropro/ - the are a company specializing in semen collection from bulls (they even have pictures!). They use a variety of methods, including the terrifying "elctro-ejaculation" technique. btw, the only reason I know about this is that I blogged it back in January.

When I first read the article Dan linked to I was just *SURE* that this guy was making this stuff up.....some sort of urban legend, SURELY.......... guess that shows how much I know about equines.... Here's another web site which goes into *great detail* regarding all this, including the following quote which just makes me laugh:
