Pentagon seeks ideas on combating terrorism. How about firing everyone at the U.S. Department of State and getting rid of decades of mismanagement of our foreign policy?

I'm glad they are looking for ideas, Lord knows they need some, but this sounds way too much like some radio station promotion for me to feel comfortable about it. I hope it's just the way it is being presented.

Whatareya talkin bout? they released their funding a day early. Did you see the request for an ROV(remote operated vehicle) for ordinance diposal?? Hmmmm Todd thinks about slapping some two-sided tape onto a battlebot and selling it to the goverment for a few tens or millions.
