I hate Girl Scout Cookies. They're not good enough that one satisfies the sweets and flavor craving, and they're not bad enough to not eat. So a box ends up being a single serving package. Next year I just say "here's a couple of bucks" and buy good candy instead.

For all those cookies you're not eating, remember that Thin Mints take refrigeration well, but Tagalongs need to be room-teperature so that the peanut butter stays creamy enough to spread around instead of being clumpy.

They make nice gifts too. Having a Girl Scout in the family, I usually end up with about ten boxes. But I also get them before anyone else. I eat a few (boxes that is) and pass the rest out to friends.
