An interesting future is in store for us if things go on like this.
We have the first amendment, thankfully. The trend in employment law is to address the feelings
of the receiver instead of the objective harm received. This is a slippery slope.

Luckily, that was in the U.K. Over here we've got... oh, never mind. Supreme Court says "community standards" can trump First Amendment. Apparently Justices Thomas, Rehnquist, O'Connor, Scalia, and Breyer interpret "no law" a little differently than I do.
