Movie Physics

Link stolen from slashdot, Insulting Stupid Movie Physics is a well done rant and wants to know where the sidekick with the wheelbarrow with the thousands of rounds and hundreds of pounds of ammo is.

My favorite stupid movie effect: The hero races down the corridor with the rapidly expanding fireball of an explosion chasing him or her. Somehow, I doubt even Carl Lewis could outrun a napalm detonation.

Yeah just remeber you'r watching entertainment not documentaries. I was just thinking how hard it is to emulate cartoon physics in a live action movie like scooby doo. I think movies would be less entertaining if they didn't play fast and loose with the laws of the universe.
