By law, clubs provide only spaces where sex is in the open, rather than in private rooms.

Is this a California law? I'm pretty sure New Horizons, up here in Washington, has private rooms.

I think it's actually a San Francisco law. In the mid '90s the health department was pushing changes in bathhouses, I don't remember the rationale, but I remember that hte end result was that you couldn't have locking doors.

There was a piece about swinging in my local paper today.
