Flutterby™! : Collaborative apps

Just throwing a bunch of collaborative apps so I've got a space to organize things in while I search for more extensible and flexible alternatives to Windows Messenger. There's Digital Lecture Board (dlb), vic, the VIdeo Conferencing tool, the associated audio tool vat, and the wbd Whiteboard has Windows binaries too. That last one points to ReLaTe, REmote LAnguage TEaching, which looks like it integrates a lot of these tools in interesting ways.
