Hey, I know a few of those pixels spelling out "truth". This seems like a good time to rip off a link from Jay: Bush cited an economic report that doesn't exist. To add to the litany of lies.

They screwed up. Someone forgot to create the report supporting their position and not so hidden agenda FIRST. They talked about.. probably even allocated the funds (payola) for the report. They just forgot to do it.

Yep. Exactly why I'm not sure I want these guys running a war. The last administration at least usually got their lies coordinated.
