Can I just do it 'til I need glasses? FDA investigating possible link between Viagra and vision loss. Sorry, nothing really news here, it's like two cases among how many bazillion users, and there's nothing on the FDA web site...

The radio reported that there were thirty something cases involving Viagra, and 4 involving Cialis (sp?). Studies have noted an incidence of vision related problems that could be attributed to the drug, mainly involving shifting in color perception. The rate of incidence was sharply higher in individuals taking 100mg or more (I believe that 60mg is normally the highest dose prescribed, and 15mg and 30mg are possible).

what's next concerning viagra? the other day it was the report of sex offenders getting viagra that was paid by medicare.....so now viagra causes blindness? well alrighty then, LET the sex offenders get have their viagra, then maybe they won't be able to see their victims!

<laughing> i remember when blue cross stopped paying for viagra, daughter (who works in customer service for BCBS) said the phone lines were ringing RED from all the viagra users protesting AND threatening blue cross. blue cross claims that viagra is NOT medically necessary. wonder why sex offenders need it?
