Freakin' a: Five and a half years after my plea it looks like people are finally starting to publish calendar information! On a few events mailing lists I'm starting to see calls for iCal![[Wiki]](/adbanners/lookingglass.png){kind=small}
format data, and EVDB, the Events and Venues Database, is publishing in iCal. About danged time.

I've tried using iCal several times in efforts to not setup Exchange/Outlook for people. One of the issues for me, was a good working client. Mozilla/Calendar is helping in that area, and may be the catalyst for iCal use.
