Trademark Lawyers
I've watched with an immense amount of irritation as trademark lawyers take hardnosed stands against fan sites and parody sites over the use of a trademark. It bothers me when people have absolutely no sense of humor. Wendy Liebowitz, someone who use to send out those nastygrams, has some common sense advice to trademark lawyers attempting to zealously protect their clients tradmarks.

Yeah, what Ziffle said. kill all the lawyers first...
I remeber when this happened with fan sites for Babylon5 and WB wouldn't stop their lawsuits till the creator of the series got VERY vocal.

I believe we need to add a clause to trademark law allowing for personal use (and parody would be nice, as well). At present these are only protected by case law, and all recent changes to the code have been in favor of corporate interests.
