The New York Times
had a photo of the book-burning; the caption noted that Rowling's work had been burned alongside Shakespeare. Can any writer ask for a better endorsement than that?

I doubt it. Harry/Rowlings doesn't really need the extra press. And I'm afraid opinions like those expressed by the pastor in the story are all too prevalent.

I'm sure Ms. Rowlings is overjoyed; for them to burn her books, they have to buy them first...
