The new Microbus is old news in the bus world and the Cayenne has been the talk for a few years. My preferences would be a Land Rover 2B 
or a Mercedes Unimog 
but more mainstream, maybe an early-80's Toyota Landcuiser FJ60 
. Of course, the new Subaru Baja looks pretty cool
