I heard somewhere that Google recently opened a big server farm in Oregon or Washington to get access to cheap hydro-power. Since I hear the Pac-NW is awfully rainy, I guess it will a while before they can go solar up there.

Hydro is sustainable once you discount the impact on the flooded ecosystems...
