Hey, now that the New York Times is mucking about with their archives less, I feel better about linking to them. Specifically, to Harold McGee articles like this one: Organic, and Tastier: The Rats Nose Knows, about taste differences in organic produce and grains, and about stressing basil plants so that they taste more intense.
