I saw this go by earlier, but my outrage meter is generally so pegged that it just flew by. Violet Blue talks about Christopher Handley, a comic book collector who's facing 20 years in prison for the content of some comics shipped from Japan (Manga.About.com page which links to the CBLDF page on the Christopher Handley case). As Renegade Evolution said:

The thought police are out there.

The Feds have already announced that they don't have the manpower to prosecute the absolutely exorbitant fraud that is going on in the financial industry and Wall Street. But to ameliorate this deficiency of proper law enforcement, they will expend legal resources to bust people who draw pictures or those who buy the drawings.
