While I'm going off on boondoggles, I'd also like to point out that FCC
Chairman Bill Kennard would like inner city
schools to spend more of their resources on technology with limited
practical value that will be obsolete in several years.
If one were paranoid one could quickly come to the conclusion that
there's general collusion to keep tech stocks with no intrinsic value
high. Not that I'm cynical or anything.
