Very interesting... Did they provide an image where we can see Half Dome from their vantage point?
The view from the top of Mt. Saint Helena at the north end of Napa Valley is pretty spectacular in all directions as well.

I thought that there might be an outside chance that I might be able to "virtually view" Half Dome from Mt. Diablo via Google Earth but, as expected, there wasn't nearly enough horizon resolution for that.
If anyone is interested the coordinates for the two features are:
