YouTube - ROOM RACERS: GAMEPLAY TRAILER #1!. Apparently you take a messy room, clear out some paths, and then this system projects your virtual cars down on the room floor, figures out where the edges of the cleared bits of the floor are, and lets you drive around (and shoot at your friend's car, and so forth).

This looks pretty cool. It reminds me of a more futuristic Mario Kart. I think it is really neat how you can move around objects and create different courses. Pretty cool stuff.

Mario Kart 64 was one of the best games I have ever played. That being said, this looks like it could be a lot of fun. Microsoft or someone needs to get on this.
