100A panel, 4gang sockets w/2 circuits each, alternating on 4' centers, so within 4' of wall you'll be able to get to 4 circuits. All on 12ga wire. 3 220 sockets (use to be determined, on 10ga wire), two ceiling drops (still need to find those fixtures).
Sockets at 47" high, 5-20 style. I should post pix of wiring in progress.
