Utah State Representative Bill Wright, R-Holden, says of HB 363, a bill that prohibits instruction in contraception in sex ed classes says:

"We’ve been culturally watered down to think we have to teach about sex, about having sex and how to get away with it..."

Naw, nobody's going to get away with it. Shaggy and Scooby will reveal that it was the old theme park caretaker in the mask all along.
