Louisiana's Republican Gov. Bobby Jindal makes the case for over-the-counter birth control.
He did so in a subscription-only Op Ed in the Wall Street Journal.
Of course something I didn't think about: Remember the hubbub when various allergy meds went over-the-counter, and it meant that suddenly they weren't covered under various insurance plans? What's the rest of the proposal here?
