It May Get Easier to Air Condition Your Exurban California McMansion. Not content with subsidizing the rest of the infrastructure necessary to maintain the suburban sprawl heading inland, California AB 327 looks to put a fixed infrastructure charge on our electric bills, thereby subsidizing those who choose to live in places where it's more expensive to maintain the grid, ie: new low density developments.
